- Harvested from grapes grown at the Cuadro Benegas locale, San Rafael department, province of Mendoza, Argentina at about 3,280 ft above sea level.
Production notes:
- The harvesting time was decided based on analytical controls and grape tasting at the vineyard
- Manual harvesting in plastic boxes
- Manual selection, de-stemming, crush and gravity flow to stainless steel tanks
- Fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature
- Post fermentation maceration to taste
- Light pressing of pomace
- Spontaneous malolactic transformation
- 8 to 10 month subtle aging with high quality French Oak
- Auto clarifying racking during aging
- Natural stabilization
- Estate bottled

- Alcohol 15,35 % v/v
- Residual sugar 0,25 g/l (glucose+fructose)
- Total acidity 4,9 g/l (tartaric acid)

- Volatile acidity 0,65 g/l (acetic acid)
Tasting notes:
- Attractive and bright color with purple hues.
- Complex to the nose with intense red fruit and flower aromas in perfect harmony with the vanilla and toast notes provided by the oak.
- A straight forward wine with a good mouth feel, with an easy drinkable concentration; fresh and with a long finish.
Pairing:
- Grilled meats, fresh and dry pastas with light sauces, different styles of rice like paellas and risottos, aged cheese.
8 to 10 month aging with high quality French Oak.
